Construction Contractors

Remodel or new build? $15k or $150k? Know before you call back.

Pre-qualify project type, scope, and budget — so your estimating time goes to jobs worth winning.

Where GC leads fall through the cracks

Every lead has a different scope and budget

Kitchen remodel, room addition, full gut renovation — each requires different resources and timelines. Without intake, every callback starts from zero.

Long sales cycles burn time on the wrong leads

GC projects take weeks to close. Spending that time on a $10k-budget lead for a $60k project is expensive.

Estimating visits for projects that aren't ready

The homeowner is still deciding between an addition and a remodel. You spend two hours on-site and they're not ready to commit.

How it works

A homeowner reaches out about a kitchen remodel.

  1. The site collects: project type, rough scope, whether they have plans yet, desired start date, rough budget range.
  2. It asks: "Is this project permitted or are you still in the planning phase?"
  3. You get a pre-qualified lead: kitchen remodel, $40–60k budget, has architectural plans, wants to start in 3 months — worth a call.

Built for construction teams

Scope and budget pre-qualification

Budget range and project type are collected before your first conversation. You know what you're walking into before you pick up the phone.

Project-stage identification

Planning vs. ready-to-build leads need different follow-up. Each gets routed to the right path without you making that judgment call manually.

Estimating queue management

Pre-qualified leads with scope and budget context land in your queue first. Your estimator's time goes to the jobs most likely to close.

Frequently asked questions

Can it handle both commercial GC work and residential remodeling?

Yes. Commercial and residential inquiries are routed separately based on intake answers. Each gets different qualification questions and follow-up paths — they don't mix in your queue.

What about design-build projects where scope isn't defined yet?

Early-stage leads are flagged differently than ready-to-estimate ones. Design-build inquiries can be routed to a longer nurture sequence while still getting an immediate response at the point of contact.

Does it work for permit-heavy projects?

Intake includes a plans and permit status question. Leads with permits in hand are flagged separately from projects still in the planning phase — so your estimator knows before the first call.

Can it filter leads by budget range without being too pushy?

Budget questions are framed as range selections, not hard requirements. It's calibrated to qualify without alienating leads who are serious but haven't nailed down a final number.
