These Terms of Service govern your use of the TradeSmith Websites website and services. By using our site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Services

We design, build, and manage websites for contractors, including embedded automation features and related services described in your agreement.

Quotes and Proposals

Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and may change after discovery. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed agreement.

Payments

Subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. One-time setup or project fees are due as specified in your agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to required materials, approvals, and information needed to deliver services.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and templates. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in your agreement.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., CRM, analytics). Their terms and fees apply separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSmith Websites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or the signed agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States.
