Setup or implementation fees are generally non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Third-Party Costs

Third-party services such as domains, hosting, or software subscriptions are not refundable through us.
